Inkcups B150 1-Colour Large Image Pad Printer
What is the B150 Pad Printer?
The B150 large image pad printing machine is a versatile, benchtop pad printer used for industrial-grade, 1-color applications. This large image pad printer features a 150mm VersaCup® ink cup assembly which prints images up to 140mm (5.5 in) in diameter. With a compression capability of 779 lbs, this pad printing machine allows for easy handling of large, hard printing pads.
The B150 large image pad printer produces the highest quality images on drinkware, injection-moulded housing, bezels, and other products up to 138 mm in height. The B150 large image pad printing machine is also the go-to pad printer for tagless applications. Apparel printers incorporate this machine into their production line to print larger logos and care labels onto the neck labels of t-shirts, childrenswear and more.
The B150 large image pad printing machine has the unique ability to program variable pad delays (both over the plate and the part), printing speed and double-print function, which gives the operator complete control over the printing cycle and print opacity. Unlike other brands, the B150 comes equipped with toolless setup, allowing operators to easily adjust and continue printing.
Optional feature: (1) Adjustable Stroke Modification Kit: to accept smaller a plate and ink cup, allowing you to cut supply costs in half when printing smaller (up to 80 mm in diameter) images.
Pair with the Cobalt 2000, computer-to-plate laser plate maker to create the artwork.
