Returns are only accepted if a product has not been used or opened unless agreed by Matrix Inks LTD. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, if you would like Matrix to facilitate the collection then please contact us. However, return shipping charges are at the responsibility of Matrix Inks LTD if the item being returned was damaged in transit, received in error or the incorrect item was shipped from our warehouse. All returns made eligible for Matrix Store credit.
